Poor Man's Recipe #6: Wee Chicken and a Mountain of cheesy mash potatoes

Wee Chicken & Cheesy Potato Mountain
Ingredients: 1 pkg. of chicken tenders, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, instant mash potatoes, and shredded pepperjack cheese

I know, I know. What is up with the red wine vinegar and olive oil? Well you don't just run down on food but spices too so this is what I have to work with so here we go.
Take the tenders and lovingly place them in the frying pan. Watch them brown a tiny bit while saying "you precious chicken you, I'm going to eat you, yes I am," then comfort them with garlic powder and rosemary. Next send them into shock with the red wine vinegar (about 2-3 tbsp) then kill them with a tbsp of olive oil (my reasoning is, oil and vinegar go well on an Italian hoagie so why not?).
While the chicken is cooking get your instant mash potatoes going. As we all know, instant mash potatoes are well instant so that's why we wait for the chicken to be halfway done. The only thing you do to spice up these potatoes is put about a cup of shredded pepperjack cheese and stir it on in. Once the chicken is done, plate it nicely as you see here and enjoy! It turned out quite yummy.
