Poor Man's Recipe #5: The Sad Quesadilla

The Sad Quesadilla
Ingredients: Sargento colby jack cheese cubes, cilantro, 2 corn tortillas, and shredded pepperjack cheese

The sad quesadilla is sad because it looks like the whole thing has melted due to the improper preparation of the dish. Again, very cheap and this is when you want more substance and taste than rice and beans.
So you take the first corn tortilla (or flour whatever your preference) and slap it on the plate. Take a few cubes (to your heart's desire, I'm a cheese lover so yeah it was a lot) and cover the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle some leaves of cilantro then slap it close with the other corn tortilla. Sprinkle the shredded pepperjack cheese on top and shove it in the microwave. Yes, shove it because you know you want some meat in it, or maybe that's just me. Anyway again depending on your microwave, set the timer to the desired cooking time. I set mine to about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Once you see the cheese oozing onto the dish then you know it's done then sit back, relax, and enjoy.
This is probably the saddest recipe in the poor man's recipe series but hey under the circumstances, it works!
