Chicken Cordon Bleu with a Twist

Ingredients
2 pieces of prosciutto
1 log of goat cheese
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
2 eggs
Italian style panko bread crumbs

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Cut the fat off the chicken (if there is some to cut off)
Use the tenderizer to flatten the breast  to your desire
Place two pieces of prosciutto over the chicken so that it's covered
Cut about three pieces of goat cheese from the log and smooth them out with your fingers
Place the pieces in the middle of the chicken and roll it up
Place the two eggs in a bowl and whip
Using a pastry brush, brush the egg wash over all sides of the chicken
Take the coated chicken and roll in the panko crumbs
Place the chicken on the baking pan and place in the oven
Allow the chicken to bake for approximately 45 mins. Just keep an eye on it because I baked 5 at once. Once done, then enjoy.
I wouldn't recommend putting salt on the chicken because the saltiness from the prosciutto and the goat cheese will create that salty taste for you.
